We just recently completed our annual refreshers training where we retrained all teachers, front desk staff and centre managers.
All centres and all our people follow our systems and processes. This includes administration (eg how to process enrolments), management (how to manage teachers and the sales targets), teaching (how to teach).
The photo below shows our front line admin team. We retrain our admins and our teachers separately. We role played certain key administrative and operational tasks.
The photo below shows our teaching team. Here we retrained all teachers on our unique teaching method that we are recognised for. We role played the teaching and ensured the whole training was interactive with lots of mini practical training sessions where teachers practised the key skills in small teams while our trainers worked through the room observing and giving feedback to the different teams.
